About this copy
This is the first edition of this collection of Kathleen Raine's poetry, published in Great Britain in 1965. The copyright page states 'First published in Great Britain, 1965' with no indication of any later printing. The book is bound in mauve/plum cloth boards with no dust jacket present.
The front free endpaper carries an old bookseller's pencil/ink description ('Out of print, First edition, £8.00') together with a handwritten name, which we are not able to verify as the author's genuine signature.
Condition
- Book
- Good – cloth boards show light handling wear and a couple of small marks (see photos); internally the text block is clean and the pages are bright. No dust jacket.
This is a pre-owned book, and minor age-related wear may be present beyond what is specifically mentioned. All readily visible defects have been described to the best of my ability. Please see photos, which form part of the description.
