Returns

• Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the book. Tell us by email at adam@gohachibooks.com, then send the book back within 14 days of telling us.
• Return postage: you pay the cost of returning a book you've changed your mind about.
• Refund: we refund the price and the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of getting the book back (or of you showing us you've posted it), to your original payment method.
• Condition on return: please return the book in the condition you received it. We may reduce the refund if it has been handled more than needed to look it over.
• Not as described or damaged? Tell us as soon as you can, ideally within 30 days. We'll pay the return postage and give a full refund.

None of this affects your legal rights as a consumer.
