This is the first edition, first printing of Edward Heath's autobiography, published in 1998 by Hodder & Stoughton. The copyright page carries a full number line descending to 1, confirming the first print run. Heath (1916-2005) served as Conservative Prime Minister from 1970 to 1974 and was Leader of the Conservative Party from 1965 to 1975; this volume is his own account of that career.
The title page bears a signature reading 'Edward Heath' in blue ink. We have not had this signature authenticated, so please view the accompanying photographs and judge for yourself; no warranty as to authenticity is offered or implied.

- Good – price-intact, unclipped jacket (£25.00) showing light soiling to the rear flap and a small chip/tear at the top of the rear flap near the spine fold, plus minor edge wear consistent with age and handling.
