About this copy

This is the 1988 first published Ward Lock edition, part of the 'Fishing Skills' series. The copyright page states 'First published in Great Britain in 1988' with no later reprint notices present. Tony Whieldon, a regular contributor to Angler's Mail, both wrote and illustrated this guide, which uses detailed line drawings with explanatory captions covering coarse, trout, and sea fishing.

The book is bound in glossy laminated pictorial boards, as issued, with no separate dust jacket for this title.

Condition

Book
Very Good – bright, clean laminated boards with strong, glossy color. A small crease is visible near the top of the spine edge on the front board, light wear to the bottom corner of the front board, and a faint surface mark on the rear board. Internally clean.

This is a pre-owned book, and minor age-related wear may be present beyond what is specifically mentioned. All readily visible defects have been described to the best of my ability. Please see photos, which form part of the description.
