About this copy

This is the third title in the Little Noddy Library, in which Noddy works as a taxi-driver in Toyland with his red and yellow car. The title page lists the text contents (eight chapters) but carries no printing statement, so the specific printing of this copy cannot be confirmed from the available pages. The book retains its original pictorial dust jacket, which shows the original printed price of 3s.

6d. net on the flap. The jacket shows notable wear, including spine-end and corner chipping and surface rubbing, while the boards beneath remain bright.

Condition

Book
Good – bright pictorial boards with an ownership inscription ('Roger Leat') in pencil/pen to the front free endpaper, and some tape residue near the title page, likely from an old repair. Text block otherwise clean.
Dust jacket
Fair – notable rubbing, soiling, and chipping to spine ends and corners, with a small closed tear to one flap. Present and apparently original to the book, but well used.

This is a pre-owned book, and minor age-related wear may be present beyond what is specifically mentioned. All readily visible defects have been described to the best of my ability. Please see photos, which form part of the description.
