About this copy
This is the New and Revised Edition of this devotional manual, published under the direction of the SPCK Tract Committee. The title page is dated 1894. It is not a first edition.
Bound in dark blue cloth boards with decorative gold and blind-stamped cover design. No dust jacket.
Condition
- Book
- Good - Cloth boards show rubbing and bumping, especially at the corners and spine ends. The spine is faded and worn with some surface loss. The text block is complete, with age toning and some foxing to the pages. A torn paper label/tab is present at the top of the cover. A manuscript ownership inscription, reading 'Clare [?] Bulloch Feb. 16th 1898', appears on the front free endpaper.
This is a pre-owned book, and minor age-related wear may be present beyond what is specifically mentioned. All readily visible defects have been described to the best of my ability. Please see photos, which form part of the description.
