This is the 1931 edition of the Bobby Bear's Annual, a children's annual based on the popular Daily Herald newspaper strip character. The book is in original pictorial paper wrappers as issued, priced 1/- net on the front cover, and includes stories, competitions, puzzles, and the 'Bobby Bear Club Song' with words and music. The book was issued in card wrappers with no dust jacket.
A period owner's name has been inscribed in ink on an early page.

- Fair – Original pictorial wrappers with significant edge and corner wear, spine showing splitting at the head, a small stain to the rear wrapper, and general toning throughout consistent with a well-used children's annual from 1931. Contents appear complete in the photographed spreads.
