About this copy

This is a Book Club Associates omnibus edition, complete in one volume, collecting three Miss Marple novels: A Murder is Announced (first published 1950), They Do It With Mirrors (first published 1952), and 4.50 From Paddington (first published 1957). The copyright page confirms the three novels are reproduced by arrangement with William Collins Sons & Co. Ltd, with this combined edition published in 1978 by Book Club Associates. This is a book club printing, not a first edition of any of the three included novels.

Red cloth hardcover boards in the original-style dust jacket, designed by George Woodman.

Condition

Book
Very Good – clean text block, tight binding, boards show only light handling wear.
Dust jacket
Good – light scuffing and scattered surface scratches to front and rear panels, a bump/crease at the top edge, and some tape residue with associated light staining visible on the inside of the front flap.

This is a pre-owned book, and minor age-related wear may be present beyond what is specifically mentioned. All readily visible defects have been described to the best of my ability. Please see photos, which form part of the description.
