About this copy
This English-language edition is a translation of the original French work, L'ordre S.S., published by Editions de la Pensee Moderne. This W. Foulsham printing carries a 1981 copyright for the English translation and introduction. No further reprint statement is visible in the copyright page shown, so this is presented as the 1981 Foulsham edition without a confirmed printing number.
Hardcover in publisher's cloth boards, housed in the original illustrated dust jacket featuring the SS eagle and swastika emblem on a red ground.
Condition
- Book
- Good – cloth boards square and sound; text block clean in the pages photographed, with some light toning near the front endpapers.
- Dust jacket
- Good – an unclipped-looking jacket with surface scuffing, light abrasion marks and edge wear to the front panel and corners, as shown in photographs.
This is a pre-owned book, and minor age-related wear may be present beyond what is specifically mentioned. All readily visible defects have been described to the best of my ability. Please see photos, which form part of the description.
