About this copy
This is the Waterstones Signed Exclusive Edition, a special format with a pictorial design printed directly onto the boards rather than issued with a separate dust jacket. The copyright page confirms this is a first edition, first printing (full number line ending in 2). The novel is the sequel to Burton's bestselling The Miniaturist.
The book has been signed by Jessie Burton on the title page (flat signature, not personally inscribed).
Condition
- Book
- Good – the pictorial boards show light scuffing and scattered fine scratches, most noticeable on the rear board, along with a small dark smudge on the lower right of the rear board. Interior pages are clean and unmarked aside from the signature.
This is a pre-owned book, and minor age-related wear may be present beyond what is specifically mentioned. All readily visible defects have been described to the best of my ability. Please see photos, which form part of the description.
