Publisher and exact year not confirmed from the photographs available. This is a hardcover pictorial annual with a red cloth board binding, gilt-style title to the front board, and a separate colour pictorial paper cover design tipped to the front board.
The book contains numerous black-and-white and colour photographic plates of Hollywood stars of the period, along with first-person style articles. Acknowledgements credit several major Hollywood studios (MGM, Columbia, Paramount, RKO, Republic, 20th Century-Fox, Universal-International, Warner Bros.) for photographs used. No dust jacket is present on this copy.

- Fair – a well-read copy with notable wear. The front hinge area shows a cloth split with the binding material exposed, and the first illustrated leaf has a small chip/loss near the top. Spine ends show wear, and the boards have general soiling and light speckling throughout, plus a small corner bump to the upper front board. Sound and complete but condition-affected; please examine photos closely.
