This is the 1947 reprint of the Second Edition of this regional handbook. The title page records the full printing history: First Edition 1939, Reprinted 1940, Second Edition 1943, Reprinted 1945, Reprinted 1947 - this copy being the last listed printing. Issued in the original illustrated paper wrappers, with a line-drawn design of an apple tree and country figure to the front, and a decorative kitchen motif to the rear.
No dust jacket, as issued.

- Book
- Fair - wrappers are heavily toned and soiled with age, with staining visible to both front and back covers, edge chipping and small tears along the front cover margins, and wear to the spine. Covers are softened through handling. Sound and complete but well used.
