About this copy
This UK edition was reproduced from the original U.S. edition by arrangement with Simon and Schuster. The copyright page states 'First printed in Great Britain 1968, second impression 1981' – this copy is the 1981 second impression, not a first edition or first UK printing. Hardback in green cloth boards with no dust jacket present.
Condition
- Book
- Good – green cloth boards show a few small marks and a bumped corner at the foot of the spine. Endpaper area shows some faint smudging. Text block appears clean and sound. No dust jacket.
This is a pre-owned book, and minor age-related wear may be present beyond what is specifically mentioned. All readily visible defects have been described to the best of my ability. Please see photos, which form part of the description.
