About this copy
This is a paperback original (An Aldine Original) first published in 1972. The copyright page states 'First published 1972' with no later printings indicated, and the rear cover carries a '4/72' print code consistent with a first-year printing. Issued in illustrated card wrappers with a cover drawing by John Griffiths, who also provided the interior illustrations.
There is no dust jacket as this is a paperback.
Condition
- Book
- Good – a sound, pre-owned paperback copy with light edgewear to the spine ends and corners, a small nick at the top edge of the front cover, and scattered light soiling and surface marks to the rear cover. Text block appears clean and complete; spine intact with no splitting noted.
This is a pre-owned book, and minor age-related wear may be present beyond what is specifically mentioned. All readily visible defects have been described to the best of my ability. Please see photos, which form part of the description.
