The text is the final authorized (1906) edition, with copyright dates of 1890, 1894, 1901, and 1906 shown on the copyright page, copyright renewed 1903 and extended 1917. No specific printing number is legible on the photographed pages, so this cannot be dated more precisely than 'a later Trustees-era printing.' Bound in flexible full leather with gilt-stamped spine lettering, gilt rules at head and tail of spine, and a blind/gilt emblem stamped on the front cover reading "Heal the Sick, Raise the Dead, Cleanse the Lepers, Cast Out Demons."
A black ribbon page marker is included. The front free endpaper carries an early owner's ink inscription, "S. Whitt."
