About this copy
This is the 1983 reprint of the 1982 Cathay Books English-language edition, originally copyrighted 1978 by Artia, Prague and printed in Czechoslovakia. The book surveys Chinese watercolour and ink painting through text and plate reproductions. The book is bound in brown cloth boards with no dust jacket present.
Condition
- Book
- Good – brown cloth boards show light surface marks and faint staining/discolouration on the front and rear panels, with some rubbing to the extremities consistent with age and handling. No dust jacket is present. Interior pages and plates appear clean in the photographs provided.
This is a pre-owned book, and minor age-related wear may be present beyond what is specifically mentioned. All readily visible defects have been described to the best of my ability. Please see photos, which form part of the description.
