About this copy
A mid-20th century French language primer designed for English-speaking beginners. This is the 1962 Hong Kong impression of the original 1947 edition. The book includes illustrations throughout by Raylambert.
Cloth hardcover with decorative pictorial boards featuring a burgundy pattern. No dust jacket.
Condition
- Book
- Good – cloth boards show age-appropriate mellowing and light soiling. Binding is firm and secure. Text block is clean and readable, with light cream-coloured pages showing minor foxing consistent with age. No major damage to binding or interior.
This is a pre-owned book, and minor age-related wear may be present beyond what is specifically mentioned. All readily visible defects have been described to the best of my ability. Please see photos, which form part of the description.
